Media Services Video Production Department provides a wide range of video support for NIU faculty and staff. Our team of veteran Multimedia Producers can help you incorporate effective video components into your educational, training, or promotional projects. Our services include:
- Expert Consultation for video project development and budgeting for grant proposals
- Comprehensive Video Creation services including script writing, videotaping, editing, graphics, encoding for online delivery, DVD authoring, and duplication
- Lower-cost video Documentation of speakers, performances, and other campus activities
- Live Video Feeds of campus events, such as the videoboards for Huskie Athletics and projection systems for ceremonies at various auditoriums
- Analog-to-digital Conversion of film and most videotape formats to DVD or other digital formats
- Production and sales of DVDs and VHS tapes of all NIU Commencement ceremonies
- Scheduling and reception of programs that are available via Satellite Downlink and distribution through the Campus Cable System
